Saddles can be returned for a full refund if the following conditions are met:
- In like-new condition / or same condition received
- Returned in original packaging with sufficient padding (original packaging materials)
- Returned within two weeks of date received
- Customer pays return shipping
- Sufficient shipping insurance purchased (to cover the cost of the saddle if lost or damaged)
