This liner is made for the Premium but is also compatible with the Shadow Matte. It will work for your daughter's helmet but will not be identical to the liner that originally came in the helmet.

We also carry the new Premium liner but it is not compatible with the older 1.0 helmets. This is why the liner in question is discounted.
